Six Flags Discovery Kingdom

The Papa Family invited us to Holiday in the Park at Six Flags in Vallejo just a couple of days before Christmas. I happily left my house full boxes and we piled into the car to enjoy a fun afternoon and evening at the park. And we had a lot of fun.

We met some characters:




And rode a ton of rides. Well, I didn't ride many rides, but the kids had a blast. (Roger did too...)







We even got to play in the snow and the kids got to go sledding! Super, super fun.





We can't wait to go back throughout 2011. We decided it was worth it to buy annual passes - it's only 30 minutes from our house! I know I'm looking forward to seeing the animals and riding some fun rides (after little miss arrives). And best of all, we get to hang out with the Papas! Thanks again for such a fun day!
