Exercise

Sarah woke up ready to work out with Mommy and Daddy this morning.


First she hopped on for a ride while Daddy was doing a variation of push-ups as part of his abdominal workout.


We both thought his "break dance" exercise was super cool.


Mommy was also working on Abs. I prefer the 8 Minute Abs series. I don't have to think about what exercise to do next and it is only 8 minutes long - every time. Sarah thought touching her toes was super funny. The guy on the video says it's "virtually physically impossible" to touch your toes in this position. Sarah does it without breaking a sweat!
